At the heart of the new PSP system (Photo-Electro Skin Poration) is the ability to combine electroporation and phototherapy into one compact ergonomic treatment unit.

Electroporation is the application of medium frequency low modulation currents to the skin surface. These currents cause the micropores of the cell membranes to temporarily open and allow the application of active ingredients through the skin. This allows the therapist to replace the minerals, vitamins and amino acids that reduce as skin or flesh ages. The application of these therapeutic products with individual roll-on applicators allows for personalized treatments, ensures maximum hygiene and safety and makes the therapist’s job easier. Ergonomic design allows for optimum application and adaptation to the surface to be treated. 

Whilst the application of treatment ingredients into the surface layer of the skin (mesoderm) can be achieved via injection (Mesotherapy), Electroporation from Sorisa is a totally non invasive treatment and is in effect “Virtual Mesotherapy”.

Phototherapy with light emitting diodes (LED’s) not only stimulates the cell metabolism of the area to be treated and thus contributes to the regeneration and recovery of tissues; it also produces vasodilatation and microcirculatory activation.

By combining these two complementary technologies Sorisa have optimized the treatment system and the PSP System offers the industry an advanced effective treatment unit which offers the therapist a variety of solutions including anti-aging facial treatments, obesity and localised fatty deposit body treatments, body firming treatments, body cellulite treatment and stretch mark and scar treatments.

The opening of transient channels or micropores, by means of the electroporation technique, enables the application of all kinds of molecules directly inside the tissues, where they will act causing various therapeutic effects.

The PSP System’s facial and body applicators have a crown of high-intensity coloured LED’s that significantly enhance treatment results. The unit lets you select the appropriate wavelength for optimum results in each treatment: For facial treatments the green LED’s are used to enhance anti aging treatments and improve skin quality. Blue LED’s improve draining and firming treatments whilst the red LED’s have a bio stimulating affect that increases micro-circulation and enhances the metabolism.
