Repairs:
All repairs of Sorisa products are based on fixed
prices. These fixed prices include labour and the
materials needed to implement the repair. For pricing,

Packing Instructions for the Return of a Unit:
The unit to be serviced has to be packed securely
in a strong box. Ideally the unit should not
be able to move around the box and, if shaken, you should
not be able to hear or feel any movement.
Use the unit's original packing box and supports, if
you have them. Otherwise, we recommend that you use
tightly crumpled paper.
Mark the package as fragile.
Please keep in mind that the
Shipper is liable for all damages in transport caused
by insufficient packing.
