Service and Repairs:

Techcare engineerSorisa UK Customer Services aim to offer a first class service and/or repair on equipment. This we achieve through being ISO 9001 Certified and through continuous 'Improvement'. Repairs:

Packing Instructions for the Return of a Unit:

The unit to be serviced has to be packed securely in a strong box. Ideally the unit should not be able to move around the box and, if shaken, you should not be able to hear or feel any movement.

Use the unit's original packing box and supports, if you have them. Otherwise, we recommend that you use tightly crumpled paper.

Mark the package as fragile.

Please keep in mind that the Shipper is liable for all damages in transport caused by insufficient packing.
